United States Marine Corps – MCB Quantico, Work Center Supervisor         Aug 2020 - Jun 2021

Provided assistance and guidance for delegating individual work orders over an entire shift, ensuring maintenance was done properly and in a timely manner.

▪       Assisted in multiple tasks at once.

▪       Led training in specific areas of expertise, like maintenance documentation and aircraft knowledge.

▪       Oversaw a total of 35 personnel, in one shift, organizing maintenance and ensuring maintenance was completed.

Key Achievements:

▪       Assisted the training of 2 additional Work center supervisors, furthering the knowledge base in my shop.

▪       Oversaw a total of 7600 maintenance man-hours, and the execution of the mission.

 

The United States Marine Corps – MCB Quantico, Collateral Duty Inspector         Feb 2019 - Jun 2021

Provided supervision of aircraft maintenance work orders, ensuring that said work order was done in accordance with respective guidelines.

▪       Performed tasks in accordance with local publications, witnessing and verifying the integrity of that specific task.

▪       Utilized the Microsoft suite to create teaching resources to instruct subordinates on specific systems on the aircraft.
